2. This application has been filed for initiation of contempt of court proceeding against the respondent authorities for non-compliance of order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in M.J.C No. 1389 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.2399 of 2022(6) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 that the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in M.J.C No. 1389 of 2019 has been complied.

4. Mr. Mukesh Thakur learned counsel appearing for one intervenor, namely, Sanotsh Kumar has submitted that a representation application before the Collector, Jehanabad has been filed by the intervenor for similar order that has been passed on 04.08.2022 with regard to other intervenors, may be passed.

5. If petitioner has filed any representation before the Collector, Jehanabad, the same is bound to be disposed of by him, for this no direction by this Court is required. Further this Court cannot grant any relief to the intervenor.

6. The order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in M.J.C No. 1389 of 2019 has been complied, and accordingly, this application is disposed of.
