JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Rasulpur Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Society Limited (for short 'PACCS') supplied paddy to the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited but no payment has been made so far. He submitted that for want of money the petitioner is facing financial hardship.

In the opinion of this Court, writ petition by a private individual in respect of the claim of PACCS is not maintainable.
