Petitioner is accused in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 353, 34 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act and 17 C.L.A. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38631 of 2018 on 24.08.2018.
