JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.11.2023, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent-T. M. Bhagalpur University and the same is taken on record.

2. Mr. Ashhar Mustafa, learned counsel for the University by referring to the averment made in the counter affidavit submitted that after making proper calculation of arrears of difference of pension of the husband of the petitioner for the period January, 2017 and January, 2022 and the arrears

Patna High Court CWJC No.15422 of 2023(3) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 of family pension of the petitioner from February, 2022 and February, 2023, an amount of Rs.11,73,909/- is found to be payable. He further clarified that after deducting an amount of Rs.2,34,782/- towards Income tax, the balance amount of Rs.9,39,127/- has already been credited in the account of the petitioner.

3. In view of the categorical averment made on behalf of the University, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
