JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 23.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40038 of 2017. The case is of dowry death and the petitioner is the husband.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now only the charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, in view of the fact that only charge has been framed, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the same.
