JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, prays for regularization/ appointment on the post of chowkidar and for payment of arrears of wages. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several representations, the authorities have not taken any decision or passed any order. It is further submitted that one of such representations dated 20.04.2017 was filed long back however, the same has not yet been disposed of. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to treat the present writ petition as representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order within four weeks from today. It
Patna High Court CWJC No.203 of 2018 (2) dt.05-01-2018 2/2 is made clear that in case, the representation has already been disposed of, then there is no need for passing any further order and the said order disposing of the earlier representation may be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
