JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For set aside the order dated 14.10.2022 passed by learned Commissioner, Koshi Commissionary. Saharsa passed in Anganbari Revision Appeal No. 33/2020 by which order dt. 02.07.2020 passed by learned District Programme Officer, Madhepura has been quashed.

(ii). For appointment of the petitioner on Anganbari Sevika after cancelling the illegal appointment of Anganbari Sevika of Ward no. 11, Raybhir, Shankarpur, Madhepura which was made in the year 2018.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
