2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 29.12.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act registered in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016 having earlier been rejected by order dated 14.03.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 8942 of 2017.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
