ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018 in connection with Naugachhia R.P.F. Case No.03 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 3 of R.P. (U.P.) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been apprehended and is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that save and except one another case, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45966 of 2018 (2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Khagaria, in connection with Naugachhia R.P.F. Case No.03 of 2018.
