Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/5(L) of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The victim girl, in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has not stated anything against this petitioner. Petitioner is a Tailor and has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63615 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 446 of 2019.
