Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the same has not been considered earlier.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that petitioners are named in the FIR and in this case there was death of three persons, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

This application is dismissed.
