JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased, who was allegedly burnt to death along with her six months old daughter.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 9.7.2019 and as a matter of fact petitioner has no concern with the family affairs of husband of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66369 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55/2019.
