The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein there is a direct allegation of firing from his pistol against this petitioner which has caused grievous injury, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62503 of 2019(3) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. This application is dismissed.
