2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have shot from his pistol causing firearm injury upon son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, both parties were on inimical terms and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Injury is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2025. Charge-sheet has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he shot upon son of the informant causing firearm injury.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Safiyasarai P.S. Case No. 117/2024.
