JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-11-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, in the backdrop of petty feud, an altercation on the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioners along with others arrived at the door of the informant and started assaulting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71969 of 2023(2) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 the informant and his wife. The co-accused inflicted knife blow to the informant as a result of which, he sustained injury. Some ornaments are also alleged to have been snatched away in course of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. They are agnates of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
