The petitioner has been in custody since 19.03.2018 in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 346/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the informant informs that even after the recovery of the girl, she was sent to Nanihal, but again the petitioner and his allies have managed to make the girl disappear once again and she is yet not traceable. The girl is a minor aged about 14 years and is yet to be traced. Considering that the matter is serious and involves

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43058 of 2018 (4) dt.27-07-2018 provisions of POCSO Act, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.

It is accordingly rejected.
