The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death.
Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.68538 of 2022(4) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge II, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021, G.R. No. 4648 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
