2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 336, 307, 326, 353, 268, 327, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, two groups were fighting as a result of which one person sustained injury and police recovered seven motorcycles, nine empty cartridges and one pellet. It is further alleged that co-accused persons also got released an accused from police custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71932 of 2024(3) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 basis of C.C.T.V. footage, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 862 of 2024.
