1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Rabindra Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 268, 336 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 27 and 25(9) of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 20 years and the informant alleges that a video of firing went viral on social media. On verification, it was found that the firing was made by Suraj Kumar while Raja Kumar was standing beside him and the petitioner recorded the video.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is not seen in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67778 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 video, though it is being alleged that he has recorded the video. It is next submitted that in the nature of allegation, if the petitioner is sent to judicial custody, his entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with the hardened criminals when petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 20 years.

5. Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Pipriya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Rajeev Gandhi Singh @ Dharmendra Kumar @ Dharmendra Singh.
