The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.105 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners and four others being variously armed assaulted three persons, namely, Bindeshwari Yadav, Jaykant Kapoor and Adhik Lal Yadav and the injuries found on the person of Adhik Lal Yadav are grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant them bail for the present. Their prayer for bail is rejected.
