BAJANTHRI) 14-12-2023 Pursuant to the previous order dated 07.12.2023, the concerned authority proceeded to pass a fresh order on 11.12.2023 by complying the orders of this Court dated 24.06.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7253 of 2022 read with the petitioner's representations dated 04.07.2022 and 02.12.2023.
2. Perusal of Annexure-R/1 to the show cause with affidavit read with Annexure-OP/1 dated 11.12.2023, we are satisfied to the extent that there is a substantial compliance to the orders of this Court insofar as consideration of the
Patna High Court MJC No.2401 of 2022(10) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 petitioner's grievance in the petitioner's representation. Today's affidavit also reveals that the respondents are taking further steps in improving the condition of water flow. It is also evident from Annexure-OP/1.
3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event of his grievance is still subsisting and has not been redressed. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) (Arun Kumar Jha, J) P.S./- U
