2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is a recovery of total 1528.200 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-II Excise Act, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:- (i) Both the bailors will be the blood relatives of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) in Ramkrishna Mission Ashrama, Bela, Muzaffarpur and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
