2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26282 of 2025 by this Court, whereby and whereunder the bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions and one of the conditions was that the bail bonds of the petitioner would not be accepted if any recovery was found from the petitioner. The condition was put as specific query was made about the recovery from the petitioner or at his instance since it come on record that confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the submission of no recovery was made from the petitioner on the basis of there being no seizure list with the FIR.

4. When there is any specific query, it is expected that the learned counsel representing the petitioner would make any statement before this Court only after due diligence and was not submit anything without verifying the fact. Submissions before this Court are not to be made in casual manner.

5. However, considering the fact that the petitioner continued in custody for more than six months after grant of bail vide order dated 05.05.2025, the order is modified and the condition no. (iv) stands deleted.

6. The order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26282 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

7. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
