Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Pandaul P.S.Case No. 04 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1 b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to commit robbery and on alarm people gather and he fled away and one co-accused was arrested, who disclosed the name of three persons, including the petitioner and from whose possession one motorcycle, Rs.4500/- and one mobile were recovered. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that those articles are not looted articles of the present occurrence and petitioner is in custody since 15.1.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S.Case No. 04 of 2018, subject to the that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
