JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhargama P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 427, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. dispute arose with respect to damage of electrical pole and there is allegation against the petitioners that the tried to outrage the modesty of informant and also snatched away golden chain.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are neighbours and dispute arose with respect to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69457 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 electrical pole and just to make the case serious, allegation of outraging modesty and snatching away of golden chain has been levelled.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S.
