Mr. Sri Ahmad Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patna GRP Case No. 477 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. It's a case of theft of mobile at the railway platform. Submission is that mobile of the informant had fallen down on the platform while boarding the train and on suspicion petitioner was apprehended by them. However, petitioner has no criminal antecedent relating to theft and he has only one case which was not of theft, moreover, he has remained in custody for more than four months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Saroj Singh @ Saroj Kumar Singh @ Saroj Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48088 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Railway, Patna in connection with Patna G.R.P. Case No. 477 of 2017. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
