The respondents have issued resolution dated 5.6.2018 prescribing Kalawadhi for grant of pay revision and monetary benefits.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20236 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that resolutions are issued for uniform application but unfortunately the respondents are not adhering to their own resolution in the matter of grant of benefit of status and pay upgradation.

Considering the resolution dated 5.6.2018, as contained in Annexure-1, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to take appropriate decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioners with all consequential benefits in the light of Annexure-1 at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
