The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the cognizance should have been taken in more serious offences which has not been done.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for framing of charge against the accused persons under the various sections which he alleges the offences are made out. If such an application is filed, the Court below is duty bound to consider the same and frame charges in accordance with law.
