JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner was put under suspension vide order dated 17.10.2017.

From perusal of Annexure-1, it appears that the respondents while putting the petitioner under suspension have communicated that Prapatra -„Ka" shall be issued separately. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after two months, the respondents have not issued Prapatra- "Ka". Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18972 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 the case, the respondents are directed to issue Prapatra- "Ka", if not already issued, within a period of two months, failing which, the order of suspension shall automatically stand revoked. In case, Prapatra-"Ka" is issued, the respondents are required to conclude the departmental proceeding within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
