Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.224 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

It is the second application for bail filed by the petitioner, earlier one was rejected by order dated 19.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.3703 of 2018 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Submission is that the petitioner has been in custody for ten months and already six months have passed after order dated 19.01.2018 rejecting the prayer of bail. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Deena Yadav is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46350 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.224 of 2017.
