====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for OP No. 2.
2. The present application has been preferred for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2 vide order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53105 of 2024 by this Court.
3. The grounds for cancellation of bail of O.P. No. 2 has been given in paragraph no. 9 of the petition. The petitioner has mentioned in paragraph no. 9 of the petition that a false and concocted FIR was lodged by O.P. No. 2 against the petitioner and his family members and O.P. No. 2 is making pressure and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75734 of 2024(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 tampering with the evidences of that case.
4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 has submitted that the recitals of paragraph 9 of the petition are false. The O.P. No. 2 never filed the said case, i.e. Mahua P.S. 804 of 2024, against the petitioner or his family members. This case was filed by brother of O.P. No. 2.
5. I do not find merit in the present case. Accordingly, it is rejected.
