The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.543 of 2019 registered under Section 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner was caught on the spot and from his possession a stolen mobile was recovered and he is involved in another case of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant bail for the present even though he is in custody since 10.06.2019. The prayer for bail is rejected. The learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, Danapur is directed to frame the charge forthwith and conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of framing of charge.
