The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "for direction to the respondent authority to grant the benefits of 2nd Assured Carrier Progression (in short ACP) to the petitioner with effect from 04.12.2017 as the same is pending before the respondent authority. Alternatively, the respondent authority may be directed to dispose of the

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner is still pending before the District Magistrate, Madhubani, which is annexed as Annexure4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that it may be disposed off directing the District Magistrate, Madhubani to pass order from whom representation is pending with the aforesaid liberty.
5. It is hereby directed to the District Magistrate, Madhubani, to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production of a copy of this order.
