JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 170 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504, 34 of IPC. As per prosecution case petitioners and other accused persons demanded Rs.3000/- as extortion and assaulted the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and one of the co-accused, who is also named in the F.I.R. and there is allegation against him of extortion, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 5.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65330 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67922 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that other accused person, having similar allegation, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
