This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Bakhri (Parihara OP) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is that on account of land dispute the petitioner assaulted the informant and other causing injury to them.
Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that both sides are agnates and on account of land dispute quarrel took place and there is omni bus allegation against other

However, two injuries sustained by three persons are simple in nature and all the petitioners have clean antecedent and the petitioners are in custody for more than two months. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submits that injuries were caused on vital part of the body though simple in nature.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhri (Parihara OP) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangita Rani, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Begusarai.
