Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Co-accused- Purushottam Chaudhary was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3 after perusing the case diary and considering the fact that FIR has been registered against unknown, there is no eye witness of the occurrence before police and only material is confessional statement of co-accused-Abhinash Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47218 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No.79 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
