Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners allegedly asked the informant and others not to create nuisance on their land and occurrence of abuse and assault started, wherein specific allegation is against co-accused Jackie Ahmad to have caused firearm injury at the stomach of Nandlal Yadav, son of the informant, as a result whereof Nandlal Yadav died during course of treatment.

No.47448 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners, who have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sherghati Police Station Case No.117 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
