ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018 in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.419 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is a counterblast to the case filed by the petitioner earlier with regard to the incident of Marpit in which the informant's side as well as the petitioner was also injured. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. with regard to the use of force on the small child has been made only to humiliate the petitioner and cause him disgrace in the society. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.419 of 2018.
