The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code, Rule 40 of BMMC Rule and 6/8 of the Illegal Mining Storage and Transporting Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that petitioner has already deposited fine through Bank Draft. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
