2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447/341/342/323/324/307/302/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. One Pankaj Yadav @ Pankaj Kumar Yadav had moved this Court for bail whose prayer for bail was dismissed by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 72806 of 2023 on 09.11.2023. Pankaj Yadav moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 6754 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has allowed the Special Leave Petition and granted bail to Pankaj Yadav. The following order has been passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pankaj Yadav:- "Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70222 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the period of incarceration already undergone by the petitioner which is more than one year, the fact that some of the co-accused have been granted regular bail and anticipatory bail also and taking into consideration the fact that the police report under Section 173(2) Cr. P.C. has already been filed, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail, on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court, in connection with P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023, registered at Police Station Laukaha, District Madhubani, Bihar.
The Special Leave Petition(s) and pending applications are disposed of accordingly."
4. Considering the aforesaid and also considering the fact that the case of the petitioner is similar to Pankaj Yadav @ Pankaj Kumar Yadav, this application is allowed.
5. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/ concerned Court below in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023.
