The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/326/341/ 307/ 302 / 504/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and the petitioner also sustained injury during the occurrence. Petitioner is a female. Occurrence took place for land dispute and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 13.03.2018 and investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44625 of 2018 (2) dt.25-07-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No.66 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
