The petitioner has been in custody since 18.05.2018 in connection with R.P.F. Post Khagaria Case No. 01/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely an E-rickshaw puller and it was found that certain persons were loading some jute bags in which some railway goods were found. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no role to play in the theft and he is merely an erickshaw puller who carries passengers as well as goods to and fro from Khagaria railway stations. He, thus, submits that the

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Khagaria, in connection with R.P.F.
