The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mainuddin. Save & except confessional statement, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69128 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
