2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 & 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons was carrying the stolen BSNL wire for sale in West Bengal.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner has no concern with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73862 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 alleged recovery. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Imteyaz Khan has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 70731 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
