2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 901 of 2022 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021 instituted for the offence u/s 120(B), 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45196 of 2022.

3. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 4.12.2023 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be

4. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, the prayer of bail is rejected.

5. The application stands disposed off.

6. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period of time i.e. nine months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
