2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 26(I)(II) and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the hut of one co-accused namely Mittan Singh, various articles which are used in manufacturing of country made arms was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a daily wager and that he has got nothing with the alleged recovery. It is further submitted that the petitioner is

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of four cases in which he has been acquitted in all those cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mufasil Case No. 126 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Munger.
