2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of the writ petition with direction to the District Collector, Land Reforms, West Champaran, Bettiah to dispose of the case filed by the petitioner vide B.L.D.R. Case No. 80 of 2023.

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15246 of 2023(4) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 District Collector, Land Reforms, West Champaran, Bettiah to dispose of the aforesaid case which is said to have been filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
