2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 115(2), 126(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Informant alleged that on pretext of marriage, this petitioner made physical relations with her multiple times when she was minor and got her pregnancy aborted five times and took Rs. 50,000/- from her. It is further alleged that parents of the petitioner refused to marry him with the informant and all the accused persons assaulted informant with fists and slaps.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. From bare

No.71567 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that there was long standing consensual relationship between the parties which continued for years together. Both of them engaged in sexual activity and enjoyed each other's company as such, the same cannot be said to be induced or involuntary. He further submits that during pendency of the case, due to intervention of well-wishers, both of them have solemnized marriage and are living together as husband and wife. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Mr. Ashutosh Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant, does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner and affirms the settlement arrived at between the parties.
6. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Rape & POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Manuapul P. S. Case No. 66 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya
