Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.491 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both the parties. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced by the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event

II, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.491 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
