2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to arrest the respondent no. 10-12 and other unknown accused persons

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.35 of 2023(6) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 accused in Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019.

3. In the present application, believing the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had directed for personal appearance of the SHO of Awatar Nagar Police Station and the I.O. of the case and they have appeared in this Court today. It has been informed by the police officials that out of four accused persons, charge-sheet has been submitted against two accused persons and one accused has been convicted and one had already surrendered.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any further order in this case.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in the course of argument has submitted that he was not properly instructed by his client but it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner does not know as to what documents are to be furnished by the petitioner, who wants relief from this Court.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The personal appearance of the police officials is dispensed with.
